Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

The Courier Guy – Other Major Metros – North West, Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, Limpopo, KwaZulu-Natal, Free State, Eastern Cape, Western Cape
Estimated Delivery Time – 1-3 business days
Shipment Cost – R110.00

**Some outlying areas are only serviced on certain business days of the week.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes

MyWatchStore.co.za ships to physical addresses within South Africa only.

No order can be shipped to P.O Boxes.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive shipment confirmation and tracking details via the email you indicated on the order.
